Sharing you form link

You’ve completed your form and now it’s time to share it with your clients.

Checklist before sharing:

  1. Preview your form before sending - Remember that after a client completes your form, you will no longer be able to edit the content. You can preview the form by accessing the form link, entering your info and proof reading your work. Make sure you do NOT complete the form while previewing.
  2. Outline your target audience - Understanding your desired audience will help you design a targeted audience for email or SMS automations, or possibly printing a QR code for new member quick access.

After you have completed your form, the link your audience will use to access your form will be available on the form detail page.

  1. Navigate to your form list
  2. Click on your desired form
  3. On the left side of the form detail page, you’ll see “Form is active. Customers can access the form using the following link. Copy this link.

There are many ways to share your form link. We’ll discuss a few popular options you can execute directly from your LoopSpark account.

Share form in Email or SMS automation

Once you’ve copied your form link, a great place to share this with your audience is through a LoopSpark email or SMS automation. You might already have perfect automations for this purpose, such as First Upcoming Visit , Prospect or Member automations.

QR code for form

Creating a QR cod for you form link can be helpful for streamlining new client intake. Having a printed form QR code in your studio lobby will allow new clients to scan the code and access your form on their mobile device.

Creating a QR code on Mac:

  1. Click on your form link as if you’re a client
  2. Once on your form page, right click on the page and select Create QR code for this page
  3. Save the QR code, print and display in your studio
