Billing

Your billing information will all be found under the Settings -> Billing section.

Owner is the only account permission level with access to Billing Settings.

Your Subscription

Your subscription will bill the payment method on hand until cancelled. You may cancel your account at any time to prevent future billings using the “cancel subscription” button located on this page.

LoopSpark uses one of the industries most trusted payment processors, Stripe. LoopSpark passed your billing information to Stripe as it is entered on our site, and we never store or have access to your payment method. Stripe will handle all storage of financial information, updates of payment methods, refunds, cancellations, and invoicing.

Payment Method

Your current payment method will be visible in the Payment Method section of your billing page. Here you will be able to:

The type of card on file and last 4 digits will be visible. Your payment method is NOT saved on our system, nor do we have access to your payment information at any time. For more information on our payment processor, please checkout Stripe, our payment processor.

Update Payment Method

Updating the card on file is easy and can be accomplished in the Payment Method section of your billing page. LoopSpark does not collect this data, we securely pass all information to our payment processor, Stripe

Invoices

Invoices will be available to view and download in the invoices tab of your Studio Settings. All charges will appear on your statement as Clickview Interactive, LLC - the company that owns and operates LoopSpark.

Cancel Subscription

Cancelling your LoopSpark account will end your subscription at the end of your current billing period. Your account will remain active for the duration of the current month you've paid for.

What happens when I cancel my account?

Cancelling your LoopSpark account will end your subscription at the end of your current billing period. Your account will remain active for the duration of the current month you've paid for.

Warning

  • Automations will stop
  • Anyone connected to your LoopSpark account will lose access to your studio profile
  • Local telephone number provided by LoopSpark will be released.
  • All segments, text and email wording, and other saved data will be deleted.
  • LoopSpark will delete access to your booking software.
  • LoopSpark will delete all client data.
  • You will not longer receive any monthly bills.

If you you plan on pausing your account instead of cancelling, please let us know so we can coordinate keeping your saved segments, reserving your local telephone number, and maintaining access to your booking software.
