Are there SMS Limits?

SMS automations are limited to 320 characters and 500 recipients per one-time-only automation. Text messages are SMS, and cannot send or receive images. To learn more about SMS, best practices, and avoiding spam click here

Is there a mobile app?

Yes there is! Download the LoopSpark mobile app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

Can I change my SMS number?

Yes! You can request your SMS number to be changed; however there are a few things to consider:

  1. Your old SMS number will be released - clients will no longer be able to text you using your old SMS number.
  2. If youโ€™ve already texted clients using your old number, keep in mind a client will no longer by able to respond to that old text thread - they will need to text your new SMS number.

If you want to request an SMS number change, please email [email protected] with your studio name and requested area code for new number.

Can I get a fully customized setup?

Total custom orders do require that we have a few more calls to fully understand your needs, may need a few other team members, a few drafts to get the look and read just right, and will certainly require an agreed upon timeline in the 3-4 week time frame. Since these situations are truly unique, weโ€™d focus on building that plan out for what you need and can provide more details about that after an initial call.

This opportunity is priced at $1299.

Can I get additional 1-on-1 support with a specialist?

We currently offer an additional 6 hours of one-on-one call time with our on-boarding specialist at a price of $599 with a 3 month expiration period.
